LIFE believes that  successful employment provides a sense of purpose and productivity which contributes to an individual’s well-being.  The enhanced self-esteem and sense of responsibility that accompanies being depended upon and recognized for a job well done is invaluable to all of us whether one is paid or volunteers. At LIFE, residents receive support and coaching from professional employment counselors to identify areas of interest, aptitude, job readiness, resume creation, presentation, interview skills, accountability, prioritization, transportation and work ethic.
