An innovative non-profit serving adults with developmental disabilities on Cape Cod currently seeks a Full Time, flexible team player to provide casework and money management to individuals with complex language, learning and cognitive disabilities. Life Coaches will work to help residents develop skills to function as independently as possible, and to provide supports to assist them in attaining their maximum level of independence, self-fulfillment and happiness. Benefits available. Preferred Background: BS/BA in related field; experience with LD population; CPR & First Aid certification; Human Rights training; current driver’s license and “clean” driving record required.
Direct Care Professionals – Group Homes
LIFE, an innovative non-profit serving adults with disabilities seeks part time Direct Care Professionals to provide support and guidance to allow residents to develop skills of daily living. Must be upbeat and have a great attitude. We are looking for caring people who can provide guidance to residents to complete activities of daily living, and to encourage them to take part in activities outside the home. Direct care staff is expected to be interacting with the residents at all times. Experience with LD population preferred, Current CPR and First Aid required (or willing to obtain).
