- LIFE believes that successful employment provides a sense of purpose and productivity which contributes to an individual’s well-being. The enhanced self-esteem and sense of responsibility that accompanies being depended upon and recognized for a job well done is invaluable to all of us whether one is paid or volunteers.
- LIFE works with local employers and makes every effort to find suitable employment or volunteer jobs for capable residents. LIFE's job coaching staff helps to insure long-term and continuing work for residents.
- At LIFE, residents receive support and coaching from professional employment counselors to identify areas of interest, aptitude, job readiness, resume creation, presentation, interview skills, accountability, prioritization, transportation and work ethic.
