Meet Our Management Team




Diane Enochs, Executive Director, has a background in leadership and management with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Developmental Disabilities, where she served as Assistant Commissioner of Facilities Management and Regional Director (in Central Massachusetts). She has a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut. She is a member of the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities,the National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disability Services, the Association of Developmental Disabilities Providers and the Independent Educational Consultants Association. 


Josie L'Etoile, Employment Director, has an extensive background in the development and implementation of residential and community programs. Her work history has a common thread of involvement in addressing the fundamental needs of community members including directorships serving residential, learning disabilities, homelessness, special needs, health and aging programming. Her longevity with and ties to the Health and Human Service community on Cape Cod are extensive. Interests have led her to certifications as a Emergency Medical Technician as well as an interpreter for the Deaf.


Brenda Charles, LIFE House Director, has 25 years of experience working in Human Services. This is her first experience working in a residential setting, and she considers it to be the most rewarding of her 25 years in Human Services. "I have been with LIFE for the past 11 years and I am LOVIN' LIFE!"


James H. Godsill, Chief Financial Officer, joined LIFE Inc. in the fall of 2008 after six years of employment at a Boston area private school as CFO. He has prior experience in a variety of manufacturing, sales and marketing companies as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. He holds a B.S. in Business from Boston College and has completed graduate level courses at Babson College. He and his wife Judith live in Harwich Port.


Rachelle Jonas, Supported Independent Living Director in Mashpee and Admissions Director, has been with the LIFE organization for eight years. She has a Masters Degree in Social Work and much of her previous work experience has involved performing early intervention assessments of children with special needs. She has many years of experience working with special needs clients and their families.

Barbara Oliver, Communications Director, has 15+ years experience in non profit program development and communications. She studied for a BFA at Massachusetts College of Art and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston. She is currently studying emerging media (integrated social media) models at University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and serves in a marketing capacity on the Philanthropy Day Committee of the Planned Giving Council of Cape Cod.



Jamie Schuh, Supported Independent Living Director in Hyannis, grew up in the Chicago area and then lived in Omaha, where she received her degree. For the past fourteen years, she has worked in various capacities with individuals who have developmental disabilities.


Lin White, Executive Office and Human Resource Director, has a degree in Early Childhood Education, and was the Director of the Open Arms Preschool in East Sandwich before coming to LIFE in the fall of 2007. She has had many years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities and their families as a teacher and caregiver.  She is a member of the Cape Cod Association of Human Resources.

Ian Saarmann, Fitness Director, has been employed at LIFE for 7 years. He has a Masters Degree in Physical Education and Sports Psychology, and has previously worked at the Olympic Training Center in San Diego and as a personal trainer.
