Our Off-Site Program
- LIFE staff will assist in the location of a condominium unit near in proximity to the LIFE "campus". suitable residence in a nearby Cape Cod town.
- Same services as "On Campus" program are available
- Access to all LIFE facilities/Recreation Center are available
- LIFE is an expanding and flexible program and we are committed to designing a service model that is perfectly suited to your family member's needs.
